So last week Kirsty Smith joined the team and rounded friends and family to her business launch and first shake party!

We had a blast and couldn't give wellness evaluations out fast enough between us as everyone was so enthusiastic for Kirsty, the energy in the room and amazing products!

Wedding fayre

Today was the York Wedding Fayre!  I was prepared and ready with my shakes, snacks and water!

As long as you are prepared you will stay healthy!

It was a wonderful day, meeting brides-to-be and introducing them to Herbalife and our new cottage wedding venue which will be up and running later this year.

Mothers Day

I have been completely spoilt today!!!

Love our family and now I have more energy and self-confidence, and less stressed I have much more time and patience for the little people in my life!

Buggy fitness

Thank you to Michelle Sutherland from Easingwold for inspiring us to start the Northallerton Buggy walk today!

Sophie Garner and myself have set up this fun group to get Mum's and Dad's out of the house and fit and healthy for the summer!

Bring your baby and buggy, dogs, children or just come alone for a fun walk and chit chat.  Completely free with f(or those who are interested) health and fitness advice, free evaluations and even some free shake/tea samples to try.
